Art Center to have Van Gogh event – The Advocate-Messenger

Welcome to Go Van Gogh!…an afternoon of games, challenges and fun in support of the Art Center of the Bluegrass, Saturday, Sept. 25, 1-5 p.m. This imaginary narrative will have teams of four follow Vincent Van Gogh from Constitution Square to Centre College and back again with many stops and adventures along the way. Teams earn points by participating in activities, searching for public art installations and locating the great man himself.

China Wants ‘Sissy Idols’ and ‘Effeminate Men’ Scrubbed From Entertainment Industry

The Chinese government’s crackdown on the tech and entertainment sectors has now turned to “sissy idols,” “effeminate men” and all things “overly entertaining.”

The measures were sketched out in an eight-point plan on Thursday by the National Radio and Television Administration. It called for “further regulation of arts and entertainment shows and related personnel.”
