When you own a life time collection of your individual paintings, textile artwork, ceramic creations, images, lithography and a lot more, what do you when it is time to downsize and transfer to an additional point out?

Former Freeport artist, Linda Hoch Auman, confronted that predicament when she and her spouse Glenn moved to Florida to be around loved ones. There was significantly as well a great deal to consider with them.

She likes functioning in oil and combined media but is drawn to h2o color with ink designs for added element. She has painted murals, spun wool and woven banners for area churches, and her operate can be found in regional museums, the Forreston Library, Freeport Significant Faculty, the Monroe Clinic, decide on area businesses and non-public collections.

A graduate of Northern Illinois College, she taught art and pictures for 22 several years at Christian Lifestyle School in Rockford, 5 many years at Immanuel Lutheran University in Freeport, and for many years, she substituted at numerous spot schools.
